In addition to a mandatory proficiency test, our document translation professionals possess a minimum of 3-5 years translating experience and a bachelor’s degree.

More than 70% of our employees have advanced degrees in specific languages or linguistics. Many of our medical interpreters also possess Bridging the Gap advanced medical interpreting certifications. All Back to Basics employees undergo pre-interviews, face to face interviews, detailed reference checks, and criminal background checks.
